What is a Pallet Roller Track System? A method of providing continuous feed to a work-station for greater efficiency.
How does it increase efficiency? Skid pallets can be dropped directly onto the Roller Track by fork-lift, eliminating pallet jack operations. Full pallets are easily rolled forward, emptied, and the empty pallets placed on the return section. More work can be accomplished with fewer people.
How is it installed? The track comes in 4’ sections, bolted to the floor, rollers are dropped into recesses, then the cage is anchored to the opening over the rollers to retain rollers.
